Since the day Adam offered Eve an apple, many things have happened in this garden. The old metal objects the artist found buried beneath the leaves of the apple trees in her own backyard have been given a voice in this exhibition — to tell their stories anew through jewelry, through the artist’s eyes, and in a deeply personal way. There has been love, there have been prayers and faith… blood has been shed, and homes have been built — simple, timeless stories from the apple orchard. Dedicated to extraordinary men.⁠
